Discovery Link Policy Reminder: Calendaring and Invoicing

• Changes to your calendar must be made before the invoice date to ensure the accuracy of your invoice. 
  
• Once invoiced, days are non-removable, non-refundable and non-transferable 
  
• Drop-in day registration can only be added and cannot be canceled or refunded once selected. 
  
• Drop-in Days should be selected by 4pm the day prior to attending. 
  
• Sites may have capacity to accept a drop in day of, but it is based on capacity and may likely turn your child away if they are at attendance capacity for the day. 
  
• All Drop-in Day requests are subject to availability based on licensing and staffing Drop-in Day fees will appear on the following invoice (paid after / at the end if it utilized in the last week)
