Discovery Link & Little Links - Policy & Process Updates Effective 9/22/25
- Invoices will now be issued after care is provided, rather than before. Billing will still occur monthly.
- Schedule request changes must be submitted in Arux by 4:00pm the business day before care.
- If you miss the schedule change deadline, families may request an on-site drop-in by emailing the Program Supervisor to check availability.
- All schedule changes are first-come, first-served and subject to space and staffing availability.

Fall Semester- For care from August 18 through September 19, 2025: Invoice sent September 22, 2025 | Payment due September, 24 2025 (unless invoice has already been paid in full)
- For care from September 22 through October 24, 2025: Invoice sent October 27, 2025 | Payment due October 29th, 2025
- For care from October 27 through November 25, 2025: Invoice sent December 1, 2025 | Payment due December 3, 2025
- For care from December 1 through December 23, 2025: Invoice sent December 29, 2025 | Payment due December 31, 2025
Spring Semester
- For care from January 5 through February 6, 2026: Invoice sent February 9, 2026 | Payment due February 11, 2026

Enrichment School Year Programs
Enrichments for Winter 2025-2026
View access will open on October 7th.
Registration will open on October 21st at 6 AM and closes on November 3rd at 10:00 PM.
The deadline to withdraw from the Winter session is November 24, 2025, by emailing the enrichment team.
All programs are first-come, first-served.

ELCSports School Year Leagues
Fall League Registration opens at 6am MST 8/29/25 and closes at Noon MST 9/8/25
ELCSports is Denver Public Schools elementary athletics program for 4th and 5th graders at participating schools.
Our Vision
Provide high-quality programming every day at every site. We will support social, emotional, and academic learning, increase family participation and community engagement. In addition, we will develop a foundation and provide structures for Denver Public Schools (DPS) Elementary School Athletics, known as ELCSports (Extended Learning & Community Schools Sports), through our after school programming infrastructure.
