Yoga Stars is a fun, engaging preschool enrichment program designed to help young children move, breathe, and build confidence through play. Each class blends gentle yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, music, stories, and imagination-based games—keeping little learners active while supporting emotional and physical development.

In Yoga Stars, children learn to:
