We also mix in exciting obstacle courses—running, jumping, and exploring through playful challenges that build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement. Designed for ECE–Kindergarten, this non-competitive class builds teamwork and skills while bringing the FUN back to sports.
⚽ HERO Power Kickin’ Soccer
Kick, dribble, score! Young athletes will learn the fundamentals of soccer through creative games and high-energy activities. From ready positions to game play, every class helps build skills while encouraging teamwork and confidence.
🏀 HERO Jumpers n’ Dunks Basketball
Pass, shoot, score! Kids will explore the basics of basketball—dribbling, passing, shooting, and more—through fun, team-based games. Each class focuses on skill-building while keeping kids engaged, active, and smiling.
