New Cottage Arts-Park Hill

Guitar Club: Strum, Sing & Play introduces students to the joy of playing guitar in a supportive, beginner-friendly group setting. Students will learn foundational guitar skills including rhythm, strumming, basic chords, listening, ensemble playing, and musical creativity.
Each class will include a short grounding activity, warm-ups, hands-on guitar instruction, rhythm games, group practice, and time for students to play music together. Students will build confidence as they learn how to care for an instrument, follow musical cues, collaborate with peers, and express themselves through sound.
No prior guitar or music experience is required. If you have a guitar, please bring it! The class is designed for a range of experience levels and supports creativity, focus, patience, responsibility, and positive peer connection.
