Flow Academy

Basketball Foundations helps students develop dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and basic game strategies through skill-building activities and small-sided games. Students receive clear instruction and plenty of time to practice and explore each skill through active, play-based learning. Activities build confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game readiness while helping prepare students who are interested in joining their school basketball team.
