MULAN
In China there is a legend of a great soldier who saved the emperor and saved all of China from the monstrous Hun army. This soldier was a girl named Mulan. She was never very good at her traditional “girl” responsibilities, and no matter what she tried she always ended up dishonoring her family. One day the army came for her aging father, and Mulan took his place, breaking the law and pretending to be a boy so she could serve instead of him to protect his life. With the help of a lucky cricket, a wise-cracking dragon and a rag tag group of soldiers, Mulan defies tradition, brings honor to her family and becomes the hero of China! This hilarious adaptation has fantastic roles for boys and girls!

KidStage classes meet for 1.5 hours Thursday after school. Auditions for the show will take place during the second week of class, and every registered student will be guaranteed a role in the production!

Final Performance of Mulan: Thursday, November 19th at 5pm.

To ensure you receive all important class updates, including the cast list and script, please double-check that you provide a current email address during the registration process.
Once the casting is finalized, we will email the cast list and a digital copy of the script to all families. Please note, you will be responsible for printing the script for your student to bring to each class. Students must commit to learning their lines and cues outside of class time.
We will email a prop and suggested costume list, almost everything needed can usually be found among items you already have at home.
