Your HERO Kid will build confidence, stay active, and develop new skills while learning the fundamentals of Volleyball and Track & Field in a fun, positive environment.

Kids will learn bumping, setting, serving, and spiking in volleyball, then hit the ground running with sprinting, relay races, long jumps, hurdles, shot put, and exciting obstacle courses in Track & Field. Every class is packed with age-appropriate games and activities that keep kids moving, learning, and smiling.

Along the way, our coaches reinforce teamwork, sportsmanship, listening skills, and encouragement—helping every child grow both on and off the court.
