Movement Explorers introduces young students to running, jumping, balancing, throwing, catching, and other foundational movement skills through imaginative games and playful challenges. Students receive simple instruction and plenty of time to explore each skill through active, play-based learning. Activities balance challenge and success to build confidence, encourage creativity, and help students stay engaged and find their flow.
