Score big with HERO Touchdown FOOTBALL! Young athletes will learn the fundamentals of flag football through fun, engaging activities including throwing, catching, tagging, touchdowns, teamwork games, and full HERO football play.
Kids will also enjoy exciting obstacle courses, relay races, and creative HERO-style games that keep every class active, fresh, and full of FUN. From weaving through cones to teamwork challenges and touchdown celebrations, every session helps build confidence, coordination, sportsmanship, and a love for movement.
