Movement Madness-Wednesday

Kids need to get moving—and that’s exactly what we do at Movement Madness!

Our classes are designed for children entering Kindergarten through 7th grade and provide a fun, exciting way to stay active in a positive, non-competitive environment.

Our enthusiastic instructors encourage children to build self-esteem, develop healthy habits, and learn valuable sports skills through engaging games and activities. Along the way, kids learn teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and the importance of staying active.

Movement Madness is packed with exercise, laughter, and opportunities to make new friends while having fun with old ones. During each class, kids run, jump, throw, kick, hit, and catch balls while participating in a variety of high-energy games and challenges.

No two classes are the same! Activities and games change daily, providing children with non-stop movement, excitement, and fun while helping them develop coordination, fitness, and a lifelong love of being active.
