Flow Academy - University Park Fall 26

Flag Football Foundations introduces students to throwing, catching, running routes, flag pulling, and basic game strategies through skill-building activities and small-sided games. Students receive clear instruction and plenty of time to explore and practice each skill through active, play-based learning. Activities balance challenge and success while building confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and opportunities for students to find their flow.

2 Scholarships will be available for every 8 students registered.
