City Strings - University Park Fall 26

At City Strings, we believe all children are natural musicians and songwriters, filled with creativity and unlimited imagination. In this class, we will celebrate their creative flair while teaching them how to play the ukulele. We will sing songs, write songs in a fun, supportive environment. Students are encouraged to create original songs, discovering that self-expression through music can be just as exciting and engaging as learning the instrument itself. Students who are not yet reading and writing may draw, dictate lyrics, or have a teacher help scribe their ideas, making songwriting accessible to every child. Reading skills are helpful but not required. Students must have an ukulele and a snack.
