Yoga Stars at Columbine with Stretch n Grow
Little Bodies, Big Adventures with Yoga Stars! ⭐
In Yoga Stars, kids stretch like cats, stand tall like trees, and breathe like they’re blowing up a big balloon! Each class brings a new story to life through age-appropriate yoga poses, music, movement, and playful games.
As children explore, they practice balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. They also learn simple breathing exercises that can help them pause and settle their bodies. There’s plenty of room to imagine, laugh, and feel proud of trying something new! 🌈
No yoga experience is needed. We’d love to welcome your little one to the mat! 🧘✨Please email signed waivers to jillian@sngofcolorado.com
