Yoga Stars with Stretch n Grow of the Rockies

Little Bodies, Big Adventures with Yoga Stars! ⭐

In Yoga Stars, preschoolers stretch like cats, stand tall like trees, and take big balloon breaths! Each class brings a new story to life through playful yoga poses, music, movement, and games made just for little learners.

As children move and explore, they build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. They also practice simple breathing exercises they can use to pause and calm their bodies. Most of all, they get to imagine, laugh, and feel proud of trying something new! 🌈

No yoga experience is needed. We’d love to welcome your little one to the mat! 🧘✨ Please email signed waivers to jillian@sngofcolorado.com.
