Dive into the culture and exploration of clay with artist and educator Cal Duran. Each student will create their own unique imprint and how to connect with the magic of clay. Students will explore the power of hand-building with Red Rock Colorado Clay delving into many hand building techniques to form their very own creations from their imagination. Students can explore building forms on their own, or build a creation led by the teacher. Through imagination and the honoring of the architecture of our ancestors, students will develop their own personal style. Students will also paint their creations after they are fired.The fees include the cost of all materials and firing.
