Zumba (which means “buzz”) is an energetic dance class that incorporates fitness and fun! In this session, we will break down the basics of Zumba dancing in a kid-friendly way, encouraging young dancers to spin, jump, and shake to Reggeaton, Salsa, Mambo, and Hip Hop beats. Zumba’s motto, “feeling fearless on the dance floor,” promotes self-expression through movement, all while boosting metabolism; fostering teamwork; and, improving coordination.
