🌟 Yoga Stars: Fun, Learning & Movement for Young Children! 🌟

Our Yoga Stars classes are specially designed for children and are both educational and fun! Each class blends gentle movement with breathing, stories, games, and imagination—helping children grow strong bodies and calm, focused minds.

In Yoga Stars, children will:

Move with balance, strength, and coordination

Learn to use their breath to calm down and feel better

Practice focusing and paying attention during play and learning

Build confidence and self-esteem through movement and success

Explore kindness, sharing, and positive thinking with friends

Research shows that yoga and mindfulness boost memory, focus, classroom behavior, and self-esteem while also reducing stress and worries. But most importantly, children have a blast stretching, moving, and learning together!
