Craftsman &. Apprentice - Club Craftsman

Are you a creative kid? Yes?! Then this club is perfect for you!
Craftsman & Apprentice After School Club (aka Club Craftsman) invites kids to dive into creativity, craftsmanship, and hands-on exploration. Inspired by the Craftsman & Apprentice approach and our most beloved projects, this program provides a welcoming space where students use real tools and materials to bring their ideas to life. From woodworking and sewing to recycled art and toy building, each session introduces new techniques while encouraging experimentation and self-expression.
Students will practice essential maker skills, including problem-solving, collaboration, design thinking, and resilience. Each week features a guided project, such as building things that move, crafting with natural materials, or inventing simple games. Children are also free to explore their own ideas, working independently or collaboratively with their peers.
With a focus on process over perfection, the club helps students gain confidence, develop fine motor skills, and learn how to care for tools and materials responsibly. Reflection and sharing at the end of sessions enable kids to celebrate successes, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from each other. This program offers students a joyful opportunity to imagine, build, and create in a supportive community of makers.
