🌟 Yoga Stars: Growing Strong Bodies & Calm Minds 🌟

Our Yoga Stars classes are specially designed for preschool and early elementary children. Each class blends gentle movement, breathing, stories, songs, and playful games to help little ones build healthy habits while having fun.

In Yoga Stars, children will learn how to:

Move their bodies with balance, strength, and coordination

Use their breath to calm down and manage big feelings

Focus and pay attention during play and learning

Build confidence and self-esteem through success and encouragement

Practice kindness, sharing, and positive thinking with friends

Research shows that yoga and mindfulness help young children improve focus, memory, and behavior while also easing worries and stress. But most importantly—kids LOVE it! They’ll laugh, stretch, and move while learning skills that support both school success and lifelong well-being.
