TOT is a basketball handling program designed for Denver's youngest athletes! This phenomenal training curriculum teaches basketball handling and dribbling skills to fun, age-appropriate music. However, fundamental basketball handling skills are only the tip-of-the-iceberg with TOT. Through TOT students are exposed to fine and gross motor skill activities, academic concepts, higher-order thinking skills, and team building activities. Our Yoga Stars classes are EDUCATIONAL and FUN!! Yoga Stars curriculum combines social & emotional learning with breath to movement sequences, mindfulness, and games with stories/themes! Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. It's our passion to help kids build a healthy foundation for life. We want to support parents and teachers in their efforts through our programs! Healthy kids make for healthy adults!

Slow Food Denver’s Seed to Plate program features a series of playful and interactive cooking lessons that teach children the entire seed-to-plate process in a fun, engaging environment. Trained instructors use multicultural recipes and seasonal, locally sourced produce to illuminate the connection between where food comes from and how it is prepared. While exploring these topics, students will experience fresh flavors and ingredients first hand as they gain confidence expressing their creativity in the kitchen! By chopping, measuring, tasting, and mixing, your child will become more empowered and inspired by their relationship to food. These educational and stimulating classes leave more than full bellies and smiling faces in their wake, they create self-assured young chefs with lifelong eating habits that are healthy and informed.

BEAUTY & THE BEASTWould you be able to find beauty....in a Beast? Belle meets the Beast, an intimidating monster. She goes missing and the townsfolk are in a panic to find her. They are led by the conceited and hilarious Gaston and his dim-witted sidekick, Le Fou. Follow this magical journey of friendship as Belle realizes that what truly matters is the beauty you possess inside. This hilarious adaptation has fantastic roles for boys and girls! KidStage classes meet for 1.5 hours every Monday after school. Auditions for the show will take place during the second week of class, and every registered student will be guaranteed a role in the production! To ensure you receive all important class updates, including the cast list and script, please double-check that you provide a current email address during the registration process. Once the casting is finalized, we will email the cast list and a digital copy of the script to all families. Please note, you will be responsible for printing the script for your student to bring to each class. We will email a prop and suggested costume list, almost everything needed can usually be found among items you already have at home.
