TOT is a basketball handling program designed for Denver's youngest athletes! Continue on or jump in for the first time. This phenomenal training curriculum teaches basketball handling and dribbling skills to fun, age-appropriate music. However, fundamental basketball handling skills are only the tip-of-the-iceberg with TOT. Through TOT students are exposed to fine and gross motor skill activities, academic concepts, higher-order thinking skills, and team building activities. In Art Around the World, students travel around the globe, exploring different countries and their cultures. Then, they create art that represents what they learned from that culture, like a model pagoda from China or Matryoshka Dolls from Russia. Pokémon Club is a fun and welcoming space where students can build community, practice strategic thinking, and learn social-emotional skills through the Pokémon Trading Card Game. For younger students, activities focus on reading, numeracy, and cooperative play, while older students explore meta-strategy, deck building, and game appreciation.
