Our professional chef instructors guide kid chefs by providing safe, entertaining, hands-on learning throughout the class, but it’s the kid chefs who do the prepping and cooking! Our class sessions are a BLAST for all ages! When kids get to touch the ingredients and have a hand in creating their food, they’re much more willing to try new foods. We provide all of the tools, ingredients and instruction needed to cook up a delicious, healthy and hearty after-school snack each week.

This after school enrichment will give students the opportunity to express themselves and develop self confidence as they dive into exploring a variety of art mediums and styles. Each week our instructor will lead young artists to create a new piece of artwork using process based art exploration that gives an opportunity for self expression, critical thinking, problem solving and FUN!

Science Escape Room: You’ve traveled into the lab of Professor Plasma and realize he’s set traps to keep you from leaving. Escaping won’t be easy, as the professor was diabolical and left one trap after another. To succeed, you’ll have to be one step ahead. Use your scientific knowledge to solve puzzles and complete experiments in order to uncover clues that will lead you to finding your way out. Join us for this dynamic after school art enrichment that encourages your child’s creativity and fosters friendships with their peers. Sweet Ridge Studios teaches your child the foundations of art; color, line, shape, and form using engaging mixed media art projects. Projects for Winter session will include clay mosaics, winter penguins and the beautiful use of oil pastels to create snow people. Our programming is material rich and focuses on play and experimentation in the creative process. Your child will engage in art projects that ignite their imagination like drawing, painting, and sculpting, hone their art skills and be present in a nurturing space that encourages their social emotional development. When they make art, students learn to integrate their mind and body and acquire creativity as a tool for problem solving and innovative thinking that is applicable throughout their lifetimes. In this class, your child will be taught how to play the ukulele, while singing songs and playing games to teach music and listening. They will all listen to each other as an ensemble and write original songs. Over the years, students in music classes, be they beginners or advanced, are engaged in the act of self-expression and songwriting, and this is often as fun (for some, if not more fun) than playing their instruments! For the younger students, they can draw, write, and/or have a teacher scribe for them. Each student finds joy in expressing their unique, wise, creative, fanciful, and hilarious ideas by themselves or with a friend. The ability to read helps but is not required. Recommended age 5 and up. An ukulele and snack are required.

Omniform is martial art that develops the mind, body and the character of the student. It's a blend of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Boxing and Yoga.
