Lacrosse is fast, fearless, and full of action! Amazing Athletes introduce students to one of the fastest-growing sports through creative stick skills, movement-based challenges, and gameplay that keeps kids engaged from start to finish. Players will practice scooping, carrying, passing, and shooting while learning how to work as a team and think on the move. Our classes utilize age-appropriate equipment and instruction, making lacrosse accessible for first-time players and exciting for returning athletes. Get outta your comfort zone and dive into something new and exciting!

Floor hockey is a fast-paced, action-packed sport that helps kids develop coordination, teamwork, and leadership skills and Amazing Athletes is thrilled to bring this popular program to your school for the very first time! Whether your child is new to the game or has some experience, this program is designed to teach the basics while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. Players will learn the foundational skills of floor hockey, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic defensive techniques all while understanding the importance of working together and being respectful in and out of the gym.

Amazing Athletes SuperNinjas:Calling All Superheroes! Get ready for the ultimate adventure! In this high-energy, action-packed program, your kiddo will train like a stealthy Ninja and unleash their inner Superhero! From soaring flips to powerful kicks, they’ll dive into an exciting blend of Martial Arts and Gymnastics - perfect for building strength, speed, agility, balance, and confidence. Kids will master epic stances, lightning-fast punches, and super-powered kicks while racing through our wildly popular obstacle courses that feel straight out of a superhero movie! But being a true hero isn’t just about cool moves - it’s about heart. Through team games, character challenges, and heroic missions, students will learn what it really means to lead with honor, kindness, and integrity. By the end of the program, your child won’t just be more confident and capable - they’ll be ready to take on the world as the best version of themselves.Suit up - it’s time to train for greatness! Students will explore group painting and art through a fun, collaborative process. Guided by a local muralist, students will sketch ideas, learn basic painting techniques, and work together to create a shared artwork that reflects their school community. The class builds creativity, teamwork, and pride in contributing to a visible piece of art.

Cave Art, African Printmaking, Japanese Ink Brush Painting, Aboriginal Dot Painting, and a Gallery Walk with parents present last 15 min of last class.

Step into a world where imagination meets the spotlight! In this vibrant theatre experience, young performers transform wild ideas into an unforgettable live stage show. Participants kick off by inventing quirky characters and whipping up playful scripts, then dive into fun-filled rehearsals—mastering stage blocking, expressive voices, and teamwork that feels like a secret superpower. With interactive improv games and creative challenges along the way, the journey builds excitement and confidence. The grand finale? A live performance bursting with energy, laughter, and applause, where every star gets a chance to shine.

Our Cheer and Hip Hop program focuses on fun cheers and modern hip hop movements with a vivacious urban feel. Our hip hop portion of the class will focus on rhythm and musicality, how to "find", count music and dance in with a team. Different styles of hip-hop dance will be combined with fun choreography. Our cheer portion of the class will teach various dance and cheer combinations, basic stunts, and fun choreography. Along with these skills, participants will receive daily take home activities that build teamwork, confidence and leadership skills. On the last day we will provide a performance to showcase what our participants have learned!

Our program teaches participants how to draw manga, anime and cartoon style themes and techniques. Participants will learn the Japanese culture through fun crafts, activities, and games.

Athletes Global Multi-Sports program is designed to introduce athletes to a variety of different sports such as basketball, soccer, flag football, sports performance training and much more. Athletes will learn the fundamentals and rules for each sport through drills, skill-based games and scrimmages. Participants will get a feel for the flow of each game, and the skills and athleticism typical to that sport. This should give them, and the parents or guardians, better information to decide what sport or sports to pursue further. We will end our summer program with student verse family member day so you can showcase the new skills you’ve learned during the training.
