Our Yoga Stars classes are EDUCATIONAL and FUN!! Yoga Stars curriculum combines social & emotional learning with breath to movement sequences, mindfulness, and games with stories/themes! Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. It's our passion to help kids build a healthy foundation for life. We want to support parents and teachers in their efforts through our programs! Healthy kids make for healthy adults!

Science Escape Room: Use your scientific knowledge to solve puzzles and experiments, uncovering clues to escape Professor Plasma's tricky lab. Pop, Bang, Fizz: Explore chemistry with hands-on fun! Make bath poppers, launch film canister rockets, create CO2 fountains, and even whip up ice cream.

This after school enrichment will give students the opportunity to express themselves and develop self confidence as they dive into exploring a variety of art mediums and styles. Each week our instructor will lead young artists to create a new piece of artwork using process based art exploration that gives an opportunity for self expression, critical thinking, problem solving and FUN!

From woodworking and sewing to recycled art and toy building, each session introduces new techniques while encouraging experimentation and self-expression.Students will practice essential maker skills, including problem-solving, collaboration, design thinking, and resilience. Each week features a guided project, such as building things that move, crafting with natural materials, or inventing simple games. Children are also free to explore their own ideas, working independently or collaboratively with their peers.With a focus on process over perfection, the club helps students gain confidence, develop fine motor skills, and learn how to care for tools and materials responsibly. Reflection and sharing at the end of sessions enable kids to celebrate successes, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from each other. Omniform is martial art that develops the mind, body and the character of the student. It's a blend of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Boxing and Yoga.
